The Aviation White Paper expected in the spring has been delayed until late next year, Secretary of State for Transport Alistair Darling said last week. The delay comes after a successful judicial review brought by Kent County Council and Medway Council of the government's decision not to include options for new runways at Gatwick in its consultation document for the White Paper.
