Defra will launch a water bill and is likely to review role of Ofwat
A water bill to address issues left out of the Flood and Water Management Bill and a review of water regulator Ofwat are in the pipeline, Minister for Marine and Natural Environment Huw Irranca-Davies said yesterday.
