Mayor slams 'unacceptable' Tube Lines progress
London Mayor Boris Johnson has slammed tube upgrade contractor Tube Lines for: “unacceptable” progress on its upgrade of the Jubilee Line, and expressed doubt that the upgrade will be completed by the end of December.
