Beauty and the best: The Civic Trust Award winners
Since the Civic Trust awards were established in 1959 they have celebrated the best in architecture, design and planning. The 2010 winners were revealed this week and featured a mix of projects that saw outlandish aesthetics pitted against functional restoration. All celebrate design excellence and the relationship between structures, places, the environment and communities.
