Sita begins legal action over loss of waste project
Waste firm Sita has begun legal action against the Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority (GMWDA) after missing out on the £3.8bn Greater Manchester Waste private finance initiative (PFI) contract, according to NCE’s sister magazine MRW.
