Clearing contract awarded for 'biggest ever' PFI
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has awarded a £29M contract to clear the site for the new combined armed services academy at St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan, which at £12bn will be the largest ever value PFI contract in the UK.
