Locking Good: First 2012 structure comes out of the ground

Prescott Lock, the £18.9M tidal lock and flood control structure to the south of London's Olympic Park, is on track to allow freight barges to deliver construction materials to the 2012 site this summer, Dutch contractor Volker Stevin claimed this week.
