Working in the University of Cordoba, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University, Qatar University and now Higher Colleges of technology in the UAE has brought into relief the importance of structural development in areas which are still seeking possibilities for future generations to make a solid contirbution to societal development. My role as Registrar for an 18-college system is one which can facilitate such development.
