London 2012 modular construction framework out to tender
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) on Friday issued a contract notice to establish a Modular Accommodation Framework of a minimum of three companies for the London 2012 Games.
Modular buildings supplied under the framework will be required for a variety of uses during the construction phase of London 2012 and may also be used during the Olympics.
The scope of works under the framework may comprise some or all of the following:
- design;
- construct;
- supply;
- install;
- outfit to specification;
- maintain; and
- eventual dismantling, removal and reuse a number of temporary construction modular buildings.
Firms wishing to express an interest in the framework must visit the ODA’s eTendering website and complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
