Undergraduate students looking for a career in civil engineering should start preparing to take part in NCE's unique careers advice event - it could help you land a plum first job and an all-expenses trip to an exciting destination such as Abu Dhabi to witness plans for the zero-carbon Masdar City.
The NCE/WSP How to Get a Job in Civil Engineering - Live! event will this year be held in a top quality West Midlands country manor from Saturday 29th to Sunday 30th November and will be the must-attend event for all students looking for a top career in the industry.
The weekend event will give 50 lucky students the exclusive opportunity to gain practical advice and tips on how to get the best jobs in civil engineering.
Leading consultant WSP will be hosting the event with NCE and has put together a programme of activities designed specifically to help undergraduate students from across the built environment to understand the vast breadth of career opportunities available within civil engineering sector.
Crucially career and recruitment experts and experienced professionals from across the industry will be on hand to provide valuable insight into how to apply for a job, how prepare for interview and then how to shine in front of prospective employers
